At ÉclatPro-Ménage, we believe in transparency and trust with our customers. Here are our main service guidelines and policies:
⏰ Arrival times
We communicate an interval of approximately 2 hours for the arrival of our teams, in order to take into account traffic and possible unforeseen events.
To facilitate access, it is possible to leave us a key or use a secure access system.
In case of delays or schedule changes, we always inform our customers promptly.

💳 Payments
Payment is due on the day of service.
We accept: cash, Interac transfer or bank card (Visa/MasterCard).
Fees may apply for late or refused payment.
🔄 Cancellation
Please notify us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance for any cancellation or modification.
Late cancellations may result in a charge equal to a portion of the scheduled service.
✅ Satisfaction
As cleanliness is subjective, we do not offer refunds.
However, we guarantee your satisfaction: if a detail does not meet your expectations, we will come back and correct it within 24 hours, free of charge.
🔑 Keys and alarm systems
The keys entrusted to our team are stored securely and anonymously.
We never return keys by mail.
If you have an alarm system, please provide us with instructions or deactivate it on the day of cleaning.
👷 Safety of our employees
For safety reasons, our employees do not move heavy loads. Please move furniture or appliances yourself if necessary.
All our employees are trained in good safety practices and use safe products and equipment.
